Noralyn Marshall
Noralyn Marshall is a Founding Partner of Risk
Management Advisors LLC., where she is responsible for providing Strategic Economic insight and advice to their Multinational
Client base.
She started her business career in 1973 at Bank of America in San Francisco, as the Global Head of Country
Risk for Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Latin America. She was heavily involved in the major Country Debt restructuring
programs working with all of the U.S. International Banks.
In 1979 she was transferred to New York to be the Head of Economics and Market
Research for North America, responsible for the US, Canada and Mexico.
In the late 1980's as part of the investment banking
arm of B of A, she worked on Private Equity transactions, leveraged buyouts and other credit risk issues.
In 1996 she joined
McCloud, Young, Weir, (subsequently Scotia Bank) as an advisor on fixed-income securities markets and advised clients on the
economics and risks in major international financial markets.
In 1998 she became the International Strategist for MFR, a consulting firm and
broker dealer. In this role she provided Strategic Economic Advice to their Global Client base on all aspects of International
Economic and Business Strategy. She continues this role as the Global Economist and Partner of Risk Management Advisors.
Dr Marshall received
her PhD and MS in Economics from Purdue University and a BA from the University of California, Davis Campus.
She is a member of
the New York Association for Business Economics (past President), the prestigious Forecasters Club, the Downtown Economists
(past President), and the AIMR.
