Alastair I. Hunter-Henderson

 

 

 A Managing Partner of Risk Management Advisors LLC; he provides advisory assistance to government agencies, multinational financial institutions and asset managers on all aspects of enterprise risk and performance management.

  He also acts as an independent advisor and board member of BOCI where he also oversees the risk management process, and is the Chairman of the Board Risk Management Committee.

Previously he had 27 years experience with JP Morgan where he was a Managing Director & the Global Head of Risk Management Advisory, responsible for advisory assignments for key financial and corporate clients. 

He also designed, developed, and implemented the bank's current value at risk methodology, developed the monthly risk assessment process and provided guidance to management on all risk management issues. 

He is experienced in financial product development, has experience in the Latin American, Eastern European and the Asian Emerging Markets, and has managed many product, research and development areas. A frequent public speaker on risk management issues, he has Ph.D. in International Economics, an M. Sc. in Management and is a registered Professional Engineer.

Noralyn Marshall

 

Noralyn Marshall is a Founding Partner of Risk Management Advisors LLC., where she is responsible for providing Strategic Economic insight and advice to their Multinational Client base.

She started her business career in 1973 at Bank of America in San Francisco, as the Global Head of Country Risk for Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Latin America. She was heavily involved in the major Country Debt restructuring programs working with all of the U.S. International Banks.

In 1979 she was transferred to New York to be the Head of Economics and Market Research for North America, responsible for the US, Canada and Mexico.

In the late 1980's as part of the investment banking arm of B of A, she worked on Private Equity transactions, leveraged buyouts and other credit risk issues. 

In 1996 she joined McCloud, Young, Weir, (subsequently Scotia Bank) as an advisor on fixed-income securities markets and advised clients on the economics and risks in major international financial markets.

In 1998 she became the International Strategist for MFR, a consulting firm and broker dealer. In this role she provided Strategic Economic Advice to their Global Client base on all aspects of International Economic and Business Strategy. She continues this role as the Global Economist and Partner of Risk Management Advisors.

Dr Marshall received her PhD and MS in Economics from Purdue University and a BA from the University of California, Davis Campus.

She is a member of the New York Association for Business Economics (past President), the prestigious Forecasters Club, the Downtown Economists (past President), and the AIMR.
